This kit is a direct replacement part compatible with 10, 12, 14, and 16-inch cooling fans.

- [High-Profile Fan Compatibility] If you plan to use high-profile fans, you may need to crimp or solder larger wires to accommodate higher current draw. The included 14AWG wires are rated for 15 amps and may not be sufficient for fans with a higher amperage requirement.
